According to various sources, R & B songtress Rihanna, has indeed, passed out while in concert at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia, today.
Rihanna was reportedly at the end of her show performing Umbrella, with her "friend" Chris Brown, when she rushed off stage hunched over, signaling for help. Chris finished the set then rushed to her side. The concert ended without any mention of what exactly happened.
