8 Mile Star De'Angelo Wilson Commits Suicide

De'Angelo Wilson's body was discovered in a room at a commercial premises in Los Angeles, it is believed he had hanged himself.

Wilson, who played DJ Iz in the 2002 movie and also starred in an episode of TV crime drama CSI: NY, is thought to have died on 26 November.

According to AllHipHop.com, Wilson's mother did not have enough money to transport his body to the family's home in Dayton, Ohio - so friends stepped in to help out.

Wilson had also appeared in several other movies including Antwone Fisher, The Salon, and Mercy Street.

50 Cent is Music's Top Earner

50 topped the likes of Beyonce and Madonna. The rapper and entrepreneur brought in an estimated $151 million (GBP102.7 million) from June 2007 to June 2008, according to U.S. magazine Forbes.

In an interview with MTV 50 Cent said: “I’ve had a lot of success and I plan on having a lot more, I feel like I’m a work in progress.

“If I’m honest with you, I’m a junkie, I’m addicted to success, there’s no rehab for success, or I’d go check in right now. The only thing that doesn’t come with an instruction book is money, so you get it and if you blow it it’s cool- you’ve just got to go and get some more!”
